Pastoral Care

We are Christian friends with helping hands and listening ears who will provide support, encouragement and hope when it is needed most.

The Pastoral Care ministry at CLC lends that helping hand to comfort those encountering difficult life situations. Whether, during bereavement, loss, separation, illness or crisis of any kind.

The Pastoral Care ministry steps in to meet the needs of those needing ministry.
Your needs will be met through our Pastoral Care ministries network.

Ministry Purpose:
To support the overall vision of Christian Life Cathedral; to heal those that are hurting, spiritually, physically and emostionally, in Northwest Arkansas.

Our Personal Goal:

To train and equip a network of care ministers that will minister to all needs of the CLC body.

Care Ministries:

A. Hospital visitation: To visit, to pray and encourage the sick in hospitals.

B . Ministers of presence: Minister to families and friends of patients that are in the hospital for extended stays or surgeries, by sitting with them while they await recovery.

C. Convalescence ministers: To visit and minister to CLC members who are home bound, residents of nursing homes or residents of assisted living facilities.

D. Altar Ministrers: To pray with, visit and disciple those people who mike a decision to follow Christ, either first time or rededication. Follow up and track each candidate and help get them plugged into a lifegroup and/or ministry assignments.
