CHURCH HISTORY

Christian Life Cathedral was birthed out of a vision to heal the hurting.  Founding Pastor Steve Dixon and Pastor Red Dixon held an interest meeting on a cold December evening in 1983.  Sixteen people attended that meeting where CLC was introduced and a schedule of services announced.  With a bold step of faith CLC started holding services on January 8th, 1984, at the Ramada Inn of Fayetteville.  Thirty-three people attended the first service.  Because of CLC's tremendous growth, the church moved to Woodland Junior High School where they worshipped until the completion of the first worship center in 1985 located on Millsap Road in Fayetteville.  Currently the eighteen acre CLC campus facilitates a Worship Center / Educational Center and Student Center. Plans are underway for the construction of an Administration Center and Chapel.

CLC is a church that is committed to missions/outreach at home and abroad. CLC has planted three churches in The Northwest Arkansas Metro Area and it's Pastors serve as council for several Church plants throughout the U.S. and various countries.
